On the eve of Easter, since 2014, the International Charitable Foundation of Oleksandr Petrovsky “Solidarity” has been handing out paschas to the military in order to support the fighting spirit and give the feeling of the holiday. This year, the “Solidarity” fund, together with the clergy, visited servicemen who are being treated after mine-explosive injuries in a local hospital. Also, before the Great Holiday, the foundation’s employees congratulated special children – pupils of the Dnipropetrovsk Children’s Boarding Home. The Church-chapel of Saint Nicholas is located on the territory of the boarding school, and it was there that the secretary of the Dnipropetrovsk Diocese, Archpriest Vitaly Lopushansky, consecrated the paschas brought to the children by the representatives of the foundation. Today, the boarding house houses children with special needs from those regions where there is constant enemy shelling, so spiritual support and communication are necessary for them. The task of every conscious Ukrainian today is to bring our victory closer together, helping those who need it.
