In the Psychoneurological Center for Medical and Social Rehabilitation of Children, children are helped to overcome behavioral disorders, emotional and speech disorders, and damage to the central nervous system. Rehabilitation is also aimed at children after surgical interventions and traumatic situations in connection with which speech or hearing was lost. A full-scale war also affects children very vulnerable, so psychological support is extremely important.
\nThe swimming pool, hydromassage, developmental playrooms, physiotherapeutic procedures, neurogymnastics, cognitive construction and other rehabilitation procedures operating at the Center help to maintain the emotional state of children in a normal way. Soft toys, with the help of which the child gets to know the world, are an integral part of educational activities. Representatives of the Oleksandr Petrovsky International Charitable Foundation “Solidarity” handed over educational books, toys and soft toys for children.
\nSpecialists note that soft toys relax and calm children with disorders of the nervous system, help them better master the material and learn new words in a playful way, work on diction and develop fine motor skills.
