Armed Forces in full combat readiness
Announcements of martial law will not catch Ukrainian soldiers by surprise. According to Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Igor Pavlovsky, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are ready for martial law and can accept fights at any time.
He assured that the domestic fighters were able to fulfill the requirements of the top leadership of the country, tighten the reserves and give full repel to the enemy. He also noted that the Ukrainian army has a sufficient military reserve to help wage war.
Igor Pavlovsky said that in recent years, the Ukrainian army has received a great deal of practice in hostilities, which has allowed it to prepare and reform it sufficiently. An important role in this was played by the Minsk agreements, a certain deputy minister. He also added that the constant tensions in the east of the country put many tasks before the authorities. In particular, they are forced to translate the army into a professional base, equip and develop the latest weapons, and create separate units, such as the Special Operations Force.
Finally, he added that there is currently a high probability of escalation in the Donetsk region.
We will remind, earlier it was reported that the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko assured his Ukrainian counterpart Petro Poroshenko of maintaining neutrality in military actions and non-attack on Ukraine. They say that no one will ever be able to spoil the two friendly states, stressed the Belarusian leader.
