Airlines can improve the environment
Scientists have suggested that the world's airlines change the routes of the aircraft to improve the environmental situation. According to scientists, by making minor changes to the movement of aircraft, it is possible to reduce the damage to nature by 10 percent.
A team of scientists from different countries announced the results of their research: 10 percent can reduce the damage to the environment by simply changing the routes of aircraft. Thus, as a result of long-term research, scientists have developed 85 alternative routes for those flights passing over the North Atlantic.
According to scientists, in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment, it is necessary to take into account the weather conditions in the scheduling of aircraft flights. Although it may be difficult to manage the weather because of frequent weather changes, scientists recommend gradually switching to such a planning system.
One of the factors affecting climate change is aviation.
